Yah dude. Like a dime sized piece. You dont have to throw it hard either, maybe a half hearted flick of the wrist and BOOM. Its not that loud though.. The window wont fall inside, just shatter. You can push it inside afterwards, ect.

Nope. A rock would probably break through, and make alot of noise. The porcelain piece bounces off, and shatters the window quietly.
