I was trained and competent enough to handle, load, disassemble and utilize a firearm by military veterans.

Fancy?

Or is that one of the trending millennial terms for something?

Heh, why do you want to know how well my junk works?

Just a heads up, you're not my type.. and it isn't your skin colour!

Not so, personal experience speaks louder here, guns do not escalate domestic issues.

People escalate domestic violence, if it wasn't a gun then it would be a knife or a chain or..

I've had plenty of road rage incidents and I never fired a single round at those idiots.

There was an armed robbery committed by two teenagers, one was black the other brown, they were robbing two white men. The men got face-down and gave them their money only to be executed right there.

I will shoot someone pointing a gun at me, it does not matter the reason why, it only matters that my life is in danger and I will do anything to protect it.

The chances of saving someone's life with a firearm is far greater than you guessed. Numerous reports of police officers being saved citizens with guns, teachers saving kids with guns, children protecting themselves and their homes with guns.

You don't hear about it because it doesn't fit the media's agenda for political and economic control.

Am I the only wolf in this heard of sheep?
Your irrational fear that causes you to own a gun "for protection" is used to justify enduring mass shootings that are far too common nowadays. You are not a wolf, you are a coward.

No. It isn't wolves and sheep, big boy. It's pussies, dicks and assholes. You are a pussy who wants to be a dick or an asshole real bad. But you are still a pussy no matter how big your gun or how many you have. Just a little pussy.

Sad.

Nothing.

My point is you're straight, so if you're being honest your answer would be no, just like every straight man would answer no. We are wired to have a visceral attraction to a vagina, and a visceral repulsion towards a penis. There is a reason we are wired that way. It is not homophobic to verbalize your aversion to sucking another man's cock. I support gay marriage, and 100% equal rights for them. What they do sexually is none of my business....but I don't have a problem expressing that the thought of another man's junk in my mouth is repulsive to me. That's a normal response, and does not make me or anyone else that expresses that a homophobe. You're just playing your usual pin-the-slur-on-the-white guy game.
You're assigning intention to nsture?

LOL

One thing that must be understood, if someone is going to commit a crime then the gun laws are completely useless.

Given that fact, making more gun laws only inhibits the populace to defend themselves. It is The Second Amendment of The Bill of Rights.

States like California, cities like Chicago have plenty of gun violence where it is illegal to have them in public.

It is just like the atom bomb, it can't be uninvented.

Another thing, if his rifles weren't modified for full-automatic operation they are not assault rifles.

Fuck.
I saw someone going 15 over so I destroyed evert speed limit sign in town. Useless things

Besides, there is no limit to speed besides light. Dumb fucking words, eh?

Have you bothered to look up any statistics on gun deaths? You are woefully misinformed on the subject. Here's a few tid bits...

- your gun is 3x more likely to be used in an accidental death than a justifiable homicide.

- someone is 9x more likely to be accidentally killed by a gun in a state that has the highest rate of gun ownership as opposed to a state with the lowest rate of gun ownership.

- more Americans are killed here at home by guns per year than American soldiers are killed per year in an active war zone. Between 1955 and 1975, 58,000 US soldiers lost their lives in Vietnam. At home, 30,000+ people are killed each year by guns.

- There is at least one mass shooting (defined by 4 or more people dying) PER DAY on average in America.

Guns do not make you safer. They may make you feel safer, but by any objective measure they do not make you safer.

Maybe he missed that study because the NRA banned studies like that one.

Also, we are politically correct snowflakes who hate free speech.

I've thought about gun ownership before and did some research on it. I have kids though, so I didn't really need to read much past the part where my gun is 3x more likely to be used by one of my kids to accidentally kill their sibling than for me to kill a bad guy.

Owning a salt water crocodile would be a good deterrent for would be thieves too, but again, I don't like the odds for me and my family.

I love pizza but if pizza killed roomfuls of 7 year old kids I'd forgo it and hope others would too

Thanks for this.

I sometimes wonder if people have any idea what "3x more likely" means and why what you said is pretty much the last word on why gun ownership provides the opposite of safety and security for the family.

if you are so irresponsible that you can't keep a gun away from your kids than you should not own one. but we don't need laws that protect the most irresponsible people in society at the expense of the rest of us.should we ban pot and prescription meds because children might get a hold of them?this shooter clearly has mental issues and planed this attack. others have used home made bombs to accomplish the same goal.society has degenerated to the point where we are going to need to live with these attacks.in countries where guns are banned people have used bombs and poison gas. we should not give up our rights for a false and brief sense of security

In order to prevent the accidental death scenario you have to properly store the weapon at all times, which then renders it useless if someone kicks down your door in the middle of the night.

Plus I smoke weed, so I don't trust that I will always remember to put it away. Could you imagine if something happened to one of your kids because you fucked up and left a gun laying around?? No thanks

Even the most responsible, well intentioned people make mistakes. It only takes one time.

I'm not trying to take your guns away. I'm saying that all things considered, a gun is not for me. Maybe when the kids all move out I'll change my tune, but not right now.
