You can run both drivers to a junction box where the - and + and ground wire will all meet up in wago's. Don't forget to run a separate piece of wire from the 'ground' wago and screw the other end onto your frame. Run the power cord into the box and connect the wires to the same wagos and you're done. I like to add a switch so I can manually turn my light on or off whenever I want. You do everything exactly the same except you run your - wire from the power cord onto one pole of the switch and then run a short piece of wire from the second pole to your - wago and you're done.

At first I would use 3 slot Wago's to split the main cable into two separate connections, then
you only need to insert a 2 pin switch into the positive cable, then you can switch it on and off separately.
But I have something which is better for you.
Use a Sonoff Dual, that would allow you to fully control your lamp with an app, because the Sonoff's are digital timers with wifi which are set up and controlled via an app.
Sonoffs come in many variations, as single, double or quadruple timers or with thermo / hygro meter control, etc. and they are cheap and work great. This kills two birds with one stone, because you can simultaneously do without a timer in the socket and the lights can be switched on and off separately. Positive side effect, you do not need to split with Wagos, but you have to make sure that everything is well grounded.

Ok I think i get it. Where do you get your junction box, my local home depot had huge ones. Also is it normal for 8 * Flat Alu 23.75 inches and 2* Alu Channel 42 inches to cost around $55? While waiting on the Gen2s to ship i'm getting all the other parts now.

A bit expensive, I'm sure you can find it cheaper online.
I always like to go to the junkyard first and ask there, a call is enough and you get the aluminum at the kilo price.

Just got my notice of shipping and invoice from Digikey this afternoon.
Yep got mine earlier today also. I'm getting the last of my frames equipment this week
I just checked and i think only the 3500Ks are shipping the 5000k's says shipping on 1/2./2018. I hope i don't have to pay shipping twice, i got 4 of each.

I received a shipping email from DigiKey yesterday morning. I purchase 8 of the 3500k (22") mid November. This will be my first build and I am extremely excited. I am hoping to build a light for a 2'x4' tent and after waiting so long for these to drop I have done some research and realized I will probably need more strips to get and adequate amount of light for flowering my space. I hope to drive these new strips at 1050ma. I am wondering if I should grab 8 of the 5000k and another driver? Is that overkill?

... damnit! I didn‘t received anything drom digikey yet! I ordered 20x 3500K and 20x 5000K on 11/10/2017, and now it seems I need to wait for the 5000K getting unpacked? :D ok..... I have time! :bigjoint:

I received a shipping email from DigiKey yesterday morning. I purchase 8 of the 3500k (22") mid November. This will be my first build and I am extremely excited. I am hoping to build a light for a 2'x4' tent and after waiting so long for these to drop I have done some research and realized I will probably need more strips to get and adequate amount of light for flowering my space. I hope to drive these new strips at 1050ma. I am wondering if I should grab 8 of the 5000k and another driver? Is that overkill?
Depends on the driver you have choosen!

Personally I am looking for as many strips, as my wallet can afford ;)

Will i see any negative side effects because of this. Like can i turn down the current still? So i guess the real question is will i hurt my lights by giving them slightly more than the max vF

I would consider a different power supply with a lower voltage range.

22v (maybe) would kill them!
1400ma = 20.6v (maximum!)

1.05a * 22v = 23w * 8 strips = 185w / 8sqft = 23 w/sqft

That will work, and let you produce some nice buds. Maximum for me is 35 w/sqft, before my plants get unhappy.

So double the strips + power would be 46 w/sqft, which I don‘t see working out for you, unless you have perfect enviroment + co2. So far my opinion.

But you can get another 8 strips (5000K), but only run them at 60w (HLG-60H-20) for example, and use them to start with seedlings.

Looking at the graph on the data sheet. It looks like the gen2s will run closer to 20v at the 1050ma mark. With that said it's more like 21w per strip. So to reach that 35 w/sqft number I need 14 strips at this current. Problem I am having is I grabbed an HLG-185H-C1050B from Arrow its looking more and more like this is not enough to light my space. If I was to add 6 5000k to my build what single driver solution would cover 14 of these at 1050ma? HLG -240H-C1050B maybe?

For a 2x 4' tent a HLG-320 is ~40w/sft. and a HLG-240 is ~30w/sft.
I would take an additional HLG-120H-C1050B + 7 additional 4000 or 5000°k strips for vegging and switch the HLG-185 on when you need it.

You need a either a 20v CV driver or a CC driver for gen2!
The only way to use this driver is to force him into constant current mode. You would only need to connect enough strips in parallel. Watch LEDgardeners video posted a few pages back.
7 strips for instance would need around 13-15A at 22v but because the driver can not deliver that much current, he is reducing the voltage so much that the strips can run with 5A. To do this, it switches into CC mode and automatically and reduces the voltage to ~19.5V.
However, you will only get 97.5w from the driver (19.5v x 5Amps) when you do it. Are 100w okay for you? If not, order a HLG-150H-20A, then you are on the safe side!
You can also try it with only 5 strips, in this case each gets around 1000mA and the vf will be only reduced to ~20v.

Another solution is to use a 10W 3-5 ohm series dropping resistor. It will drop 1 volt per ohm at 1 amp. It will burn up a few watts of power and reduce overall efficiency, but it will work.

Edit: One resistor in series with each strip. If you're running less than one amp, use 5 ohm, if over one amp use 3 ohm.
