IMO, it's time to re-pot. While they're still an OK size for their containers, it's possible most of the needed nutrients are gone from the soil after six weeks. Putting them in a bigger container will do three things. 1, give them brand new soil to enjoy. 2, make adding fertilizer safer. The more medium you have, the less chance of overfeeding. 3, like the fertilizer the more medium you have to hold water the less chance you'll over/under do it.
I don't see any major problems. Before I took drastic steps I would replant them.
