Super skunk x big bud x green spirit 20-24% THC , 80/20 indica/sativa

Great reviews all over YouTube and the internet people are raving about it. I even seen someone lab tested it at 23% . So I guess big bud has come far. Another commenter remarked "best high I've had" . That was the clincher . Gonna fire one up and see what's what. Apparently you can't kill this plant if you try..very hardy and resilient.

Only growing 1 of these. Think I'm going to go for the middle one

I'll bear the square pot tip in mind I've always meant to get some.
As for the soil.. I used this mix on my last grow and got 3 Oz from an auto with a 250 HP's.. I find it performs just as well as grow shop formulas with perlite..it drains fine. This stuff is literally a tenth of the cost. But thanks for the opinions. I'll maybe do another run after this with a perlite added formula and see the difference

Ran the bulk for three years, smoking some right now, I think you're going to like it :weed:hit me up if you need any 411 my friend, good luck

Oh my look at the size of those and look tasty too. Appreciate it mate will do

Is the high as good as people say? Couch lock?

Unfortunately, I think you are in for a big disappointment. I did a ton of research on this strain before deciding against it for 2 reasons: 1) anything Big Bud as part of the hybrid is grown for yield, not necessarily quality and 2) many growers reported having to let it go 11-12 weeks to finish well done. I think you'll find it to be a decent smoke, but nothing outstanding. Today there are plenty of outstanding strains that come with high yield too. I used to see this come by every once in a while a few years ago- and passed on it every time.

This isn't just big bud though is it. It's been crossed with super skunk and green spirit.its got 10% more THC than bug bud

Potency is hit and miss on most strains (mainly hybrids).. You'll probably have to run a whole batch to find the 20+ thc plant.. (Batch meaning ten or more plants)Every strain I've ever ran that claimed to be a high thc producer always fell in the 15-18% range with one or two hitting 20% lighting may effect thc production.. May need a u.v. light to help potency.. I don't use them but have been considering it to see what's what.

My point was, using a lower potency strain will only dilute the overall potency of the strain. Use two strains at 25% THC, you'll get close to 25% THC with the hybrid. Big Bud was never known as a high potency strain, it was used to increase yield. I'm not trying to burst your balloon- there is a legion of people who like to grow this strain. But really, it's more about yield and less about THC content with this one. A nice smoke, but nothing extraordinary or standout.

She's about right, I'd guess it's about 18 to 20%, maybe a little higher but it's nowhere near 11 or 12 weeks, that's whack, it's pretty much what the breeder says to get to 10 - 20% amber.

Incredible bulk is far above average, the yield is 10 of 10, a benchmark, not to mention that the plant is bulletproof to grow

The high is all there, and may become a favorite go-to smoke, the nugs are thick and dense, the smoke is extremely smooth, but somewhat unremarkable but it has a wonderful buttery smell about halfway through the cure, though it does tend to fade as it finishes

Op's not going to be disappointed in this smoke or in the way the plants grow! Maybe start a grow journal and tell us what you think..! -best of luck
