I've seen ads in Oregon for 50$ Oz with multiple strains to pick from. The price has been in freefall with all the growers, but the quality is kinda iffy at times because of the laws they have to do some silly flash drying shit so they could be better if home grown

Oregon is flooded with weed. I talked to a commercial grower the other day and he told me that if they don't find more outlets to move product many growers are going out of business. Take that with a dose of salt but I find the information credible. That's from other information I have. Too much pot means lower prices. Means unprofitable and shutting down operations. Supply and demand.

Oregon has all the weed it needs. That's for sure.
 
When growing pot is legal.
I'd like to call for copies of early smoke-in surveillance pictures..

Yeah, last I saw Oregon had double it's annual sales in product on hand, I kinda feel like it will become like cigs where it's 5 bucks a pack and in every corner store, growing weed may become just like brewing your own beer.

I agree. It changed. ..even though I had my MMJ card when it became legal in my state a huge fucking weight came off of my back!

.. same grow, same plants but at 12:01 a.m. BOOM..! ..it was night and day at midnight it completely changed, 100%
 
So growers are going to grow weed for $2/gram and dispenseries will sell it for $10+/gram. I guess the money will be in retail like any other commodity? We'll see how it shakes out. I can't see quality indoor weed going for less than 100/oz. That's $4/gram and dispensaries will still be making mad money selling at 10/gram.

it will be less, $2 a gram for an easy to grow agricultural crop is high. Look at tomatoes, the price should be about the same.

And the consumer will be getting lots of great pot cheap. Who gets what isn't a big deal. I would support my long term suppliers though.. We all will.

My money supported my friends. Somebody like you that whines and complains about price. Isn't complaining about anything the rest of us care about. The only whining that growers are justified in is the risk not the reward.
You are not a bit like my suppliers - 40+ years experience.
