Don't know what the fuzzy stuff near the stem is, but the spotting further out looks like it could be spider mite damage. Check the underside carefully with the scope for them, for eggs and for webbing.

if it wipes of I say its pm= powdery mildew

the hint is in the curled leaf suggesting poor climate control

increase venting check temps

good luck

My vote is with spider mites also.
I think what you are seeing on the stem that appears fuzzy are blurry crystals. I'm guessing this plant is half way or more through the flowering stage
The spots is spider mite damage for sure. The white stuff doesnt wipe off. It doesnt look like pm
Typing the same thing lol.
.

More than one issue. Some of those look like mites. The closeup could very well be powdery mildew but from a picture of one leaf it's impossible to tell. Did you spray them with anything? Did you spill anything on it? And the leaves are cupping. Heat stress maybe? I do think you have mites though.

There are definitly spider mites. Thats not whats in question. The white stuff is what im wondering about. It was sprayed with green cleaner about 3 weeks ago.

I had thrips last summer and know their deposits/poop makes for a mold (same for mites?)

get some neem oil and cut it in half (or more, for more frequent sprayings in short period of time)
