Is my plant male or female

It was germinated June 23 so over 11 weeks old and still no signs of flowering. Am I doing something wrong? First post thanks for the help

is it a regular photo plant or an auto? is it grown outdoors? or indoor? if grown indoor have you switched to 12/12 lighting? By the size of it, it looks like a regular photo period plant. it is not showing sex yet.

It is outdoors. I have grown autos and this was supposed to be an auto but it is 11 weeks and not flowering so I assume it is regular photo. It is also way bigger at almost 6 feet. Is it normal to not be flowering or showing sex still?

11 weekk 6ft auto? Def not an auto. It should be flowering soon considering the hours of daylight have dropped substantially.

Yeah it’s definitely not an auto but now it has me wondering if it’s even a female. If it doesn’t flower soon I will need to chop it down as I need to harvest by December 10. Would more pictures help for the sex of the plant? Everything I read about Regs was it should have flowered already because the light changes so am getting concerned.

you aint harvesting by Dec 10th if it is female lol. Not that size of plant. Assuming it flowered tomorrow that gives you 8 weeks. that plant is going to take longer than 8 weeks to finish, just saying guy.

Alright so I had 3 seeds and started a second one that’s smaller on August 15 when I got concerned the first seed wasn’t flowering. Would they finish at the same time even though I started far apart from light signals since they aren’t autos?

Lol I really don’t want to cut it down but it’s so big on and on a balcony and don’t want it drawing attention to my smaller autos. I have a guest coming the 21 of December that I want it to be harvested by . That sucker will be hard to hide but has so much potential! So torn what to do.

dude if you cannot wait, than this is a moot convo. your not going to finish in time if it is female I guarantee you. that thing is a fucking monster. Where do you plan on drying and curing it? You know its going to smell to high hell when you chop it and are drying it right?

If you want force flowering give it light outside for 12hrs, than bring inside in a dark room for 12 hrs rinse and repeat. I don't know what else to tell you. Just make sure the room is dark, and stays dark the entire 12hrs.

Yeah I’ve dried some autos before and they were fine. See below. Okay thanks for the advice I will see if it flowers in the next week. If not I will chop it down and try again after the holidays or just stick to the auto seeds. Feel like this monster could produce so much more than I’m used to so will try to hold out as long as possible but like you said it doesn’t seem like there’s time to make it

I would force it to flower by giving it pure darkness for 12hrs a day.

I’ve noticed a lot of ants in the plant so am hesitant to bring inside. Any other options?

Also right now sunrise is 7:17 and sunset is 6:59 getting a little shorter everyday. Isn’t that already more than 12 hrs? Or does twilight hours make it more than 12?

not sure man. maybe there is too much in the area at night. I have no idea, it is odd but try and force it. Clearly living it out there isn't working lol

it has ants? Well that's a problem. you can try a dark sheet or something, but it looks pretty lanky and might break some limbs.

Size of a plant doesn’t mean anything as to flower time, if it’s an 8 week strain it’s a 8 week strain doesn’t matter if it’s a foot tall or 20 ft tall. With that said I don’t see him being done by that time either
