As some of you may know, Presidential campaigns are about to kick off very soon.
With Trump's approval rating amongst voting Republicans hovering around 90%, I do not expect a GOP challenger.
There are many democratic contenders for, but only two so far have declared a run for President. John Delaney from Maryland and Richard Ojeda from West Virginia
Here is my case why people should consider Ojeda and not dismiss him entirely.
Richard Ojeda from West Virginia. He Served for 24 years in the Military, is a Democrat (although he voted for Trump) - He closed the largest gap in all midterm elections, West Virginia is/was a +45% for Trump, and he narrowed the gap to 12% in his Senate run. He could potentially get a lot of Red and Purple states to flip. Did I mention he was behind the bill that got Medical Marijuana passed in WV? My concern is his lack of experience and the belief that he will not be the winner of the Democratic primary. I think he is an interesting candidate and one to watch closely.
Anyways - Poll is for potential Presidential Challengers. Included a couple Libertarians to be fair (although they would never actually challenge) - Vermin Supreme did not make the cut.
