Carbon filter issues

I'd take it off, give it a good shake outdoors, clean with soap and water, and reinstall after it dries. It's probably just dust that has accumulated from days/weeks/months of solid use. Like a furnace filter, it needs a bit of maintenance.

Household dust is primarily dirt, mould spores, skin flakes, pet debris....

Edit: maybe throw a garbage bag around the filter before removing the cover, that way the junk will fall into the bag, not all over your plants and equipment.

So you don't think it's powder mold that is all over my filter? I will take what you said and take it off and clean it out but I just want to make sure it's not mold spores

I don't think so. It would have to be pretty damp for there to be actively growing mould on a piece of fabric. (I'm assuming that your tent's humidity is under control.) In my area of Canada's west coast, all the mould I run across seems to be varying shades of green and black, never white.

You would not be able to see mold spores. Dust is dust if its dust. If you suspect there is mold growing in the pre-filter, thats very very unlikely.
Get a closer look under a loupe or microscope and determine what they are. Or upload so we can maybe take a look and try to guess.

Take a look at this.... This is the powdry substance i was talking bout

What are your lights by the way? Thats strange. And you say this definitely is falling down from the pre-filter. Thats kinda unlikely imo because, if you are running your fan 24 hrs on, which you should, then there will always be a strong suction keeping them inside the pre-filter.

I running the ES 180 lights... And I run 18/6 Not 24

We may never know what it actually is but at least continous suction will keep it in the pre filter imo. At least thats a plus. Also wash your pre filter as suggested by working in the water from inside out and extract that material from your filter completelyor as best as you can. Let it dry completely. Don’t run your filter without pre filter on and don’t run your carbon filter with a moist pre filter around it.
See if the dust comes back.

Makes sense... Does yours look like this?

Yup it did. I have a whole house humidifier now. But still fill with ro water. Which is kinda funny because i found out there is no need for the ro water in my potting soil/ well water/ bottled nutes grow.

Always seems like an expensive way to fill a humidifier.
