Found a Ph meter from 10 years ago. Hanna instruments. I recalibrated it today. Think is still working flawlessly.

I measured the PH of my water, god damn. Thank good I bought PH down. Now I think I know why I been getting some yellow tips on my leaves.

My tap water comes out at 166ppm and 7.90PH. That’s unreal.

I tested my parents house a few towns over. Different municipality before calibrating and I was getting 7.44ph.

I been going straight tap water as well on my girl. This is what she looks like.

@Brettman you have to zoom in but you can see the inner growth. Especially at the first node. I was going to top tonight but going to wait mid week. Maybe Tuesday or Wednesday.

I’m an asshole. My PH is 7.49. The 7.93 was from a bottle of water a week old that was in the tent. As water sits out it can go up in PH. I’m a jackass. So my water really is 7.49. But it’s odd cause the local paper a year ago for the city that I get my water from but live outside of claims the water is 8.9-9.1 in PH. So I’m calling bullshit on that. Or a recently calibrated PH meter at 4 and 7 is wrong.

oh yeah you can definitely pinch that top off. And in a few weeks you’ll have four good clones to take off the bottom :)
Can’t wait to take clones. I just wanna make a little area for them. I have the bulb todo it but don’t wanna do it in the basement as it’s way too cold and not going to do it in the veg tent cause that MH bulb will probably kill em.

What are you going to put the clones into ?
I’m going to use a propagation dome. Going to put the cuttings right into soil. Small cardboard pots for a few weeks. Going to then transplant into the solo cup and then a final transplant into a 5 gallon.

Going to use the same LED bulb I used to start my seedling. Probably going to put the propagation dome in a big Rubbermaid container with the light as I don’t have any tents at the moment. And the veg tent would be way too powerful with that damn MH bulb. Never will I start clones under that. Not sure why I thought I could do seeds 3 weeks ago lol.

@Skoal Oh nice, I just made myself a little bubbler the other day and took a bunch of clones. I took ten clones way back on like nov 24th. All into solo cups with plain tap water. I put a couple in my veg cab, a couple on the living room windowsill, and a couple on the kitchen counter. 9 out of the ten ended up rooting but it took between 4-6 weeks ! lol

Last clones I ever took were placed in a dome top shelf in a closed. Underneath them was a 400 watt MH and the mother haha. They did very well. But I don’t have that liberty this time. Brand new set up plus that was 10 years ago.
