The motorized ball valve and timer work great so far!
Going to do a little of this today with a buddy. Gotta go get one PVC piece soon to fix the pump so the barrel can refill while I'm out.

4 hour timer should fill around 22 gallons; it's about an hour per 5.5 gallons.
