Thanks for all the responses and help with my issue, I honestly didn't expect so many answers.
Small update
Day 7 now and most of the "Withdrawal Symptoms" have disappeared completely.
- I don't cough as much anymore
- I feel more productive and less lazy
- The strange dreams and nightmares have decreased
- I don't feel angry anymore
- My appetite is back

Hitting the gym really helped!
Food still tastes "different" to me because I'm used to eating when I'm high and it makes the food taste so much better

I have to admit though that I still miss smoking weed since it has been such a big part of my life.
I will keep my break up for at least 2 months and try to become an "
occasional smoker" after that.
2 grams per day was just too much....
I would like to thank you guys once again for all the support and tips you've provided me with.
PS: Some asked me where I was for the past 4 years, I quit growing a while back so naturally I stopped posting here.
Perhaps one day I will return I really miss growing it is a lot of fun, especially because the community on RIU is really great and always supportive.
Some of my grows would have went to shit without you guys <3 big love
