To much nutrients, it was probably just a simply magnesium deficiency and instead of simply upping the magnesium you fried them with way to much -P-K, but in your case it was more -P- than -K. Yuck, that's really sad, I feel for you, but don't fret to much cause there is still enough life in a lot of those fans to still pull you in a half way decent yield. Anyhow, when using bottled salts, you shouldn't ever need to go above 1.2 to 1.4 ec or 600 - 700ppms to grow big, beautiful producing plants! For me, I never go above 500ppm(s) and that's including everything I put into my feeding mix!

The classic I didn't feed it enough nitrogen in veg so I have yellow leaves in flower trick. Is what it looks like. Pik off the yellow leaves and ride it out.

We'd all be guessing because we don't know which Dynagro is being used and how strong it is mixed. I was thinking the same as Bernie.

Distance from light to canopy?
I wana throw slow light burn into the mix.
Could be a zinc issue from root problems too like. Hard to identify when its that far on.

Im about 20 inches from light, used dynagro bloom 3-12-6, 1/2 tsp per gallon when i flipped her, then she started to yellow at week 2 and has gotten worse everyday, so i slowley upped nutes, she was extremely healthy when i flipped her, i was on a mission to see how big i could get her, big mistake

Very possible, or a combination of micro nutrient deficiencies exacerbated by bumping up the macros (Phosphorus I suspect).
Flush medium, calibrate pH meter. Be careful what you use to correct the pH of your water(phosphoric acid) . Phosphorus can cause zinc lockout.
Go easy on nutrients, less is more. The yellow leaves will not recovery. you could still limp the plant over the finish line with a bit of TLC.
Appreciate the situation for what it is. A learning experience. I know it is painful to see your plants in such a state. Trust me, many have been through situations just as frustrating. It is part of the learning curve especially with hydroponics.
Unfortunately a misdiagnosis of a deficiency and the application of more of what is not needed can lead a gardener down the path of angry facial expressions and above average use of expletives.
I hope you are able to see them through to finish. If not I hope you do not get discouraged and continue to grow. It looks to me that before your issue arose you were on your way to a bountiful harvest.

My 2c in laymens terms.
You gave a healthy plant to much of the wrong fertilizer (dynagro bloom 3-12-6) at the beginning of flower.
When problems developed from the wrong fertilizer, you read the plant wrong and gave it larger doses of the same fertilizer that the plant was telling you it did not want.
All you can do now is give it regular watering with no nutes and see how it goes. When to feed next and what to feed next is hard to say at this stage.

I just fudged up my grape bubba doing this same thing OP did, lol. The g bubba needs more calmag right out the gate and I forgot to supplement it. So by time she hit 2 weeks flower she was showing spotting.
I'm in ffof soil, 1st time in soil in like 10 yrs, and just up potted the bubba. I gave it calmag and water only for a few days but for some dumbass reason I started feeding with pure blend pro for several watering in a row.
I fried her before it dawned on me what I did. Just when plant would have started using fresh ffof soil down in pot I blasted it with more fertilizer.
Still relearning soil after decades of hydro and coco.

Lots of guys just continue giving them grow nutes until stretch is mostly over...and then switch over to bloom nutes. That's what I do.

Yeah, that DG bloom is very light on N. I have yellowed plants with it before by using it too soon. Now I seem to use it in emergencies. When a plant has gotten too much N in flower I dig out the DG bloom. Since you are only 4 weeks in flower I think I would give them one dose of higher N nutes to see if they stop yellowing so they won't be "dead in a week".

I agree alot of growers make the mistake of skimping N on flower. Too much can be bad but not enough is also very bad
they seem to be producing well , they're uptaking all the elements from the fan leaves so not really all that bad.. you can still keep feeding it and keeping it going.
As a general rule of thumb... I go 3-1-2 for veg, and 2-1-3 for flower. first few weeks of flower requires more of a veg feed
I never liked DG bloom. I ended up throwing mine away or something. The foliage pro or the grow is great.. Use this stuff with some pro-tekt n calmag. If you really wanna push it later after stretch maybe a LITTLE dg bloom. but I really haven't had good experiences with that shit
