How much PH up Should I use?

And one other question, are jungle juice nutes compatable with the flora trio?
And that’s what I was wondering because the ph up is pretty potent, I didn’t think I’d want to use a full ml per gallon.

Okay, I will just put 1 millilitre into a syringe, and add like 3-4 drops, mix and wait, test, take it really slow, I’ve got until I turn on my lights this evening so I have lots of time.

Trying to get my water from 5.8 to 6.2, 2 gallons of water, how much PH up do I need?
Get yourself a bottle of General Hydroponics pH test drops. Test the water you are currently using, bare of nutrients. Tap water typically tests mineral rich and alkaline (sometimes 8 or higher). To adjust neutral H2O, I use tap to raise pH and drops of Apple cider vinegar to lower pH (high in micros). Most of the time your nutrients will balance out with tap water! If your nutrients lower the pH of tap water drastically, you may be using too much nutrient. If those tips don’t help then Get those pH drops and use pH up a drop at a time lol until it’s dialed in!!

Yea I did all of that, my melted snow tests at around 7.4-7.6 bare of nutes, adding nutrients I went down to 6.2 as I expected because of the balancing properties in the flora series, and then added 60 mls of peroxide for extra aeration, which dropped it to 5.8, and since I am in soil and not coco, that was too low, added four drops of ph up, and it is now at 6.4 which is alright for me! I use a Milwaukee ph tester, and make sure to use ph 7 solution to calibrate before each test, to ensure accurate results.

I started using potassium hydroxide for pH up. Really cheap and you can mix it yourself or dilute it I meant to what ever strength you want. I use the old pH up bottles and use 3-4 tsp of potassium hydroxide for around 800ml of water. They say to use distilled or ro water but I use tap water that has been fed with oxygen via air stones in 5g buckets for a couple days to rid the chlorine out of the water. Stuff works awesome and its pennies on the dollar compared to buying premixed pH up

True but one bottle of ph up, can last a very long time considering I only used four drops and put the rest back.

In flower I use a shit load to raise pH to 6.5 from 5.8 after adding bloom nutes. Maybe the brand I was using was crap but it seemed to be a lot. Using Root Farm bought at home depot and I was adding 80ml per 5 gallon pail. So I would use half bottle for one feed for three buckets

Yea towards the end it gets a bit more expensive because of how much they drink, but towards the end of the grow stage, I feel like the plant will be established enough with enough roots, so that I can boost it up to like 6.0-6.1 in the last couple weeks, I guess it depends on how much water your lady’s are drinking, I just started bud, so we shall see how much I end up using by week 7-8, because it is white widow from seed. They might take a little extra time.

My tap water come out over 7.0. So in veg I only use pH down but in bloom I use only pH up. After adding my nutes pH drops to 5.7-5.8. Then to get it back to 6.5 I use roughly 80-90ml to get it back. Let me know guys if this is brand related and if you all are using name brand pH up and if so what are you adding to raise pH up by .7 or so
