I will not be making 36 clones at a time but its cheaper with better reviews..... would you say the clone king looks good?

Either of those are good options, but those prices are insane.
If you have a drill, you can make your own with a tote for much much less. Its just building a pvc frame, putting sprayers in it, and attaching it to a pump

Appreciate all your help and advice i will just purchase the clone king as im sure it will last ! id rather pay the extra buck than do the DIY trial and error stuff. So i have the cloner on the way and that DWC setup previously posted on the way. The plan is to throw the DWC buckets in my flower tent with the HLG 550v2Rspec. then if all goes well i will get another set of buckets, and get another HLG 550v2Rspec for the veg tent, and throwing the Spectrum Kings Mother lil helper ive been using to veg in a new smaller tent with my Cherry Cookies keeper mother and the cloner, so ill have three tents with 2 of them flowering as the main goal, and a mother and cloner ready to feed them the babies!

I think youll be glad you got it after you use it and get it dialed in. I have recently even started doing seed to cloner and it has gone well. Takes a lot of time out of it if you can get a few day old seedling into the cloner.

I use trays with some coco and perlite and pop them in those for a few days and dig them out. If you mix it pretty perlite heavy and do it early enough you can just pull it right out. cut some of your disks in half thickness wise so they can hold little seedlings. I put these in and they were just a tap root. They didnt do much for a few days then just exploded faster than ive ever had seedlings grow before.

im in no rush so usualy just sprout the seed, then take cuttings, then flower those cuttings, then determine to keep the original seedling
but thats my soiless way this new DWC/cloner is a complete game changer

I grow out 2 plants in a dwc tote and take clones of them then flip the parent plants to flower to sex them while the clones root. I usually chop the parents down once I know the sex. I try to take enough clones of each plant to still be able to be able to do the number I want to run if one of the 2 ends up being male.

i was always under the impression keeping the original seedling as the mother was best. but i just heard it once or twice and it stuck, im happy with finding a solid mom and running her over and over
