How did you cut clones, it could’ve been a heating issue before, but I use clone king, and even with repeated floods I would lose some and would have to top water to avoid lossesA flood and drain is the best way to grow a SoG IMO. No drip lines to plug up. It's so simple and effective. I grew that way for a long time, made millions doing it with flood and drain. Had houses that I would only check once a week it was so easy. If you have large capacity reservoir you can run the nutrients the whole cycle. If I didn't move to where it's legal to grow and now have to abide by a plant count, I would still be running F&D SoG.
Your freaking awesome bro, I’m going to try that didn’t want to go back to domes but that 2x4 idea is gold. I’m going to try it in a couple weeks. I have some unused rock wool around here and I’ll place a rooter order.I stick them in rapid rooters, it's super rare that one doesn't root, like 1 in 500 or so.
When I needed 200 every 20 days I used a 2x4 flood and drain tray with a dome. Set the 4 rapid rooter trays in there (the insert that holds them), set it to flood with just water every 24 hours and set the depth to just halfway up the rooters. I only visited that house once a week so it was automatic.
Yeah LECA balls. You used leca balls for your table?
Ok I have a bag and a tote full of them I’ll try my hand at it again. I found Rockwool a little more finicky then rapid rooters. Defiantly had a higher success rate with rooting out clones with them, that was a great idea to do them at scale. If my test route goes well I’ll be looking for a bulk supplier of lecaballsYeah LECA balls.
I never had any luck with rockwool.
Those rapid rooters are gold. I used some rooting gel, stick em in the rooters and let em go.
