Lol, I would like to see you try to clean that in 5 minutes. That’s what leases are for, renters need to clean their units before they leave, right there in their lease.

Pour bucket of scalding hot water
Mix in cleaning agents
Put in shelves
Let soak while fixing other tenants oven
Come back and scrub clean

Or just replace them
Mail back the other $580 to tenant

You can get fridge shelfs for $20? New? That’s impressive. They want close to a hundred here. We aren’t actually cleaning that fridge, too much work and you’ll never get the smell out. She’s not charged for that though, the cleaning is for the rest of the unit which looks just as bad. The fridge is old so she won’t be charged for a new one either. As I pointed out earlier I this thread, everything has a useful life span and we don’t charge for things like that.

lol, I'll tell you, I have adult children and now babies with a new wife as a middle aged man. I play with them and do all the things you're supposed to, but I'd rather be drinking a scotch and reading a book. I think everything has already been said to be honest. This stimulus package is going to make the rich richer and do very little for the poor. Not enough oversight and it's the wild Wild West. Most of the people who replied to the thread don't have a clue about being a landlord and are living in a dreamworld. Only reason the thread continues is because people post and question why I do or don't do certain things.

Nope, she only sent pics of the fridge because she wanted input on what she should do, clean or replace. Replace. Was just an example of the way some tenants treat other people's things. And why I have zero respect for some of them. Doesn't mean I don't follow the law mind you. Again, I'm in this business to make money, and you make money by taking care of your property and filling it with paying tenants.

See, you are a bully, or rather you want to be bully, but that doesn't work when the person you're tying to bully has zero respect for you. Have you noticed that I don't go to your threads? If you don't like me as you say, use your super powers and move on. It would be very easy, but you don't want to do that, you want to bully somebody because you're not a good person. Go back to your circle jerk, there's a cracker with your name on it.
