They seem to get worse with watering but dont seem to improve 24 hours without water?

LEDs will fry a plant because they are very intense. Raise the light and maybe cover the plant with a dome or jar to increase humidity. It may be too cooked.

Your pots look very dry...they also look short on Mg. Water and Epsom salt are your friends in this case. Good luck.

Looks like nutrient burn. MG can get really hot with the osmocote slow release staying wet and releasing.

This is your answer. MG soil is not ideal for cannabis, especially when their young. The more you water, the more nutrients it releases.
