Stunted plant

I'm on day 33 of my auto stardawg, basically the plant on the right has been stunted due to me dropping a big thermometer on it basically flattened my plant this happened a week ago, nothing broke but as you can see it is stunted, it's just starting to flower but I'm worried cause of the stunted growth I'll not get many buds, am I worrying about nothing? Also I didn't fill soil up to the top of the pots either stupidlyy and I know there's nothing I can do about that as I started them in their final 5gallon pots

Why didn't you fill your pots?
Roots need as much room as you can provide.

Stupidly at the time of planting I didn't even think about it

That's very well your problem, as they look healthy otherwise.

Let them dry out good, so the soil holds together, and transplant them.

Isn't transplanting them this late a bad thing? Especially if it's starting to flower

No, and it's going to go through a huge growth spurt so it will really need the room for the roots to grow / spread.
