In the demand letter, obtained by The Washington Post, an attorney for the Mar-a-Lago neighbors says the town should notify Trump that he cannot use Mar-a-Lago as his residence. Making that move would “avoid an embarrassing situation” if the outgoing president moves to the club and later has to be ordered to leave, according to the letter sent on behalf of the neighbors, the DeMoss family, which runs an international missionary foundation.

Then Joe's America will be Trump's America. I'm basing my assessment on America going back to normal operation of the DOJ. There will be a sealed indictment for individual #1 or someone will go to prison for destruction of evidence or obstruction of justice. That case is already in the pipeline filed by Trump's appointee, or the one by a judge appointed (Berman) who succeeded him, the case has been made against Cohen and is a documents based case, a slam dunk. They also have Donald's bean counter by the balls, his buddy peckerhead, Stormy herself and Trump org witnesses too.

Donald's temporary out might be his self pardon, but that can be taken at face value by the FBI or a grand jury while the SCOTUS decides it's merits and it could end up putting Donald in jail for not answering questions (contempt) or perjury (a near certainty). The longer Donald is running around loose the longer he will reap revenge on the republicans who stabbed him in the back and he'll split the party wide open. I think he will hurt the republicans more than the country, the more he hurts the republicans and divides them the more he ends up helping the country. The more of them he leads down the one way path to sedition the better, they are already traitors, so there is nothing to lose anyway.

I hope he runs to Russia on AF1 before the inauguration, but he owes them a lot of money and will cost them even more when Joe is done with them. If Mitch won't come through with the cash for Americans, the Russians will as Joe cleans out decades worth of laundered cash and assets from them. Money will be in a tax haven one day and be gone the next with a bunch returned to the host country to shut them up and foster their cooperation.
