Is root-rot the problem here? Please help!

I am having some issues with my plants in an aero grow. the plants are about 2 weeks from seedlings.

What I'm consistently seeing is rising pH levels every time I check. I think the water might be a little too warm (25-18C). I think the roots look a little off-white to me, not as bright white as I remember (or it could be that I'm imagining things). I'm thinking it could be root-rot, but I hope not. Anyone have experience with root-rot and can tell me if this sounds familiar?
The leaves are looking a little droopy and too yellow, but I think that might be from the nutrient lockout from the high pH levels. It usually gets up to ~6.5 before I have a chance to knock it down with some pH Down.

Here is a picture of the problem. I couldn't get a clear shot of the roots, but can try again if someone thinks it'll help to diagnose.

Well we need more info. What kinda grow? hydro? dont really know bout hydro. Heres a pic of root rot

It's an aeroponics grow. 2 weeks from seedlings. been strugling with rising pH levels for a while now. I've read that constantly rising pH levels can be caused by root rot.

The lower (older) leaves are now starting to show little brown specs on yellowing leaves.

Thanks for trying anyway Earlytoker. I've got some H2O2 on order, hope that helps clear things up.

Has anyone used H2O2 in an aero or hydro system to good results?

Has anyone had experience with using H2O2 or sm19 in a hydro setup? I am wondering how much to dose and how often.

Any help is appreciated!

Whenever I notice slime in my DWC I put a couple capfulls of H2o2. The 3% kind, Its pretty hard to overdue it when you use such a small percentage of chemical. Just watch your PH because its abviously going to bring up your ph. But 6.5 isn't that bad. Keep it around there and you shouldn't have a problem.

Check the temp on the water as well/ If mine ever gets above 70/75 Then I put a half full frozen waterbottle in the res. Or you could use Ice cubes, just don't put too many at once.

Cool, thanks for the advice. I've noticed that there are some fresh white roots starting to grow in around the damaged brownish roots.

I'll keep an eye on the water temps.
