Bud Sites Look way to small for Week 5 What is wrong?

I am confused.
The plants look very good and healthy, I do not understand why they are so small for week 5.

I am using Kingled 3000w led
Flora trio
bid bud and bud candy
with a few more additives
ppms are about 1000-1300
light is about 20in away from plants

The plants look healthy to me and very frosty, they just look very small, considering i have grown one of this plants under different lighting and the buds were a lot bigger by this week.

Do you usually use HID lighting? I've never used that brand of LED before so if it's on the lower-end that could be the problem.

Purple! Definitely a lot of purple!

looks fine to me. week 5 is early. look to be about halfway. be patient.

with lights, less power consumed = smaller buds

I found out that temps at night are in the low 50s
Humidity is fine at 50%
So yea just cold temps at night

Could this be a reason?

slow down - stop trying to find issues that are not there, approx wk 5 still more to go, off the web site specs -- Compares to traditional 3000 watt HPS/MH lamp while consuming only 615watt,save more electricity for you.

So 615 watt's - so say 600 actual maybe, epistar old tech, sounds like early Optic/Pioneer lights .. need some white light in there

Note- web site specs also say --- Suggest distance above plants: 4.5-5.5ft. -- not 20 inches = buy new light - just my view

No.
Patience grasshopper.
What’s the strain?

One strain is flo which is an 8 week strain
1 is gorilla glue
1 is gelato
2 are ice cream cake
All known to be 8 week strains

8 week strain under optimal conditions.
Low temps, blurple, your feeding schedule ... everything contributes.
Just let them grow. They'll kick it up.
Time doesn't always equate to size.
Environment does.

I am betting your day time temps are too low. You should be up at 80F or 26-27*C

I have little control over those
At night temps are around 50-55s
And day is 75-80
