I will dim the light a bit (is 50% too much)? and alter the watering/feeding schedule to better match Dapper's advice.

Also it should be feed+ water/ water/ feed+ water.... some people do feed+water/water/water/feed+water

This is completely grower preference. Some feed every single watering. Some do not. I like to feed all the time but i use much less then folks who feed/water/water.

50% is about right for now.... you want her praying for the light before you turn it up.

I do agree with daz/dapper on feeding right away. 20-20-20 is strong so be careful. 1 teaspoon per gallon is a LOT of food.

The plant on the left has been well fed. The plant on the right is a clone that was transplant yesterday and never been fed before noticed the differences in the green color? I took pics with flash and without

Also make sure you check ph when using salts in soil

I can certainly see the difference. My plant is MUCH greener than the photo shows. My main issues were with the spots on the lower leaves and the over all plant drooping.

My fear was that it's some sort of fungus and I didn't want it to spread across the whole plant. I lost three plants before successfully growing my last one, so...I'm a bit gun shy. lol.

It looked fungal to me too. But they also look like they need food.

Healthy plants can fight off shit like fungus and crap better than unhealthy plants.

The bottom leaves will also be more subjected to fungal issues since it's more humid towards the bottom.

I'm usually around 25 or 26 C. Although, there was once or twice where it hit 30C. But it was short lived.

I have been venting the air out of the tent and can adjust the speed. So...I will try to keep the air in there at 28.

Okay. It's been a week. The next set of lower leaves has started to get spotty and one of the leaves is twisting/curling. You can also see that the lower leaves are all slightly yellowed.
(Please excuse the crap on the floor. I spilled a bucket, moving it out of the way.)

I have a 3x2 grow tent that is 5 feet tall. I have a budget light in it that I bought at a Home Depot hardware store. Last season, I grew a single plant (My very first successful grow). It was....okay. I got about 14 grams, final product, from the plant. I KNOW, if I had better lighting, I could have increased that.

So...I'd like to get a new, better light. It would still be in the 3x2x5 space and would only ever house 1 plant. I don't want to go over board and, given the height restriction, I really have to make sure I'm not over doing it. lol.

I'd like to keep it just around or under $100, CDN. I've seen TONS of light that everyone is recommending but, to be honest, I know nothing and a lot of them seem like WAY too much light for the space.

Long story short? What do you guys recommend that will help increase me yield, work in a small space and not break the bank.

hlg100 rspec from horticulture lighting group. $149.00 USD This is a 100 watt quantum board led that will do way better than last time. It will barely put out any heat. That's what I would use for that size tent. gl

Okay, I've dropped the light's dimmer down a bit more. The lower leaves are getting pretty bad. I'm starting to wonder if it's a bacteria or other infection, from the soil...

if i recall right , you are using dry powders for food ? neptunes harvest ? which one? how much of each food ?

I still think the bright light is the culprit but i cant be sure yet...
