t5 floro vs other??

Will t5's do the job for my 3foot wide 5 foot tall 2 foot deep box how many t5's for the best grow and how many for decent grow???? what type of bulbs????? thanks
 
i've only used t5 6500k to start plants and veg, and they work good for that, actually i only use 1 t5 for it.. i have a small op.. but it's very efficent.. i was thinking about getting a 3000k t5 or 2700k if i can find one.. i dunno.. these cfl's seems to work good, plus you can move them around easy etc..
if it's a veg/clone box, i'd say go with t5's but if it's a grow box that you are gonna veg then flower in the same spot, i'd go with cfl possibly..
i've never used t5's all the way through for flowering.. so i can't help with that.. sorry.
 
i have a similiar size that i grow in i used 2, 2ft four bulb fixtures....one on the top one on the side.....it get decent buds....but it would kick ass if i had two 8 bulb fixtures you could grow some dank buds and i just use the appropriate bulb at the appropriate time...they sell both

and it works good? how many bulbs do u have? for how many plants :)
