What is a particle number of plants in a 3x3x7

I have a 3x3x7 tent and with my LED, fan and odor canister mounted in the top I'm down to about 5' in height inside. I'm wondering what the thoughts are as to how many pots I should grow. It looks as though 4-5 gallons or 6-3 gallons would be perfect sized. I'm using a Nextlight Core LED so its equivalent to a 600 watt but instead uses 190 watts. I'm thinking I'll do soil grows for the warmer summer and fall months and then try DWC in the colder months when cooling the water wont be as much of an issue. Currently I'm using 4-5 gallon pots, but I also have 4 3-gllon fabric pots that I my use on my next crop. It all depends on whether or not I feel like the grow space is crowded.

why not get pot that fills floor of tent? Then grow how ever many you want. I would do 1 or 4. But only my opinion and l like big pots. Do a till free grow, cut one add another. Cloth pots are nice, square ones rock.

I'd do 4 plants in there.
Why have you lost 2ft at the top of tent? Long hanging wires on the light maybe?

Web says different.
Full spectrum light for seedling to harvest growth! 190W draw from the wall; replaces 400W HID grow light.... debatable
You are a bit light on the light for that area.
You really need ~ 30 watts a square ft or around 270 watts for your 3ft x 3ft tent.
If you could fit another 100 watts of led in there would be great.
You'll still be able to grow bud though.
The measurements below shows it covers a 30" x 24" area adequately, once the light reaches the edges in a 36" x 36" it will be very weak.

Your light will have no problem flowering in that footprint. Ive got plants 2inches from light and praying.290w of good led will do the job, l have 600w in 4x4. Go by square footage, makes easier to do math. I lose tent height due to fan being mounted on roof of tent. Never had light all way up yet. I keep 12inch between light and canopy. Some plants grow into light. And l let them.

First move the Filter/canister outside the tent
You will gain height and it still does the same thing blowing or sucking

I lost room at the top of the tent because I don't have any room to mount the fan and canister outside of the tent. I don't mind loosing the space because I'm not trying to grow more than what I need, just enough to allow me to save more than I spent on equipment and effort. Not to mention with this light the height of the plant vs light penetration's can only lead to diminishing returns. Also far as the light goes it was priced at $540 everywhere I looked and suddenly my friend found it for $389 out the door, sooo. He was so excited he paid for it. What was a newbie to do? I would have bought aa totally different light if I was spending my own money. I have thought about trying 4 ft fluorescents in each corner but I figured that s newbie I should just make it through a grow or two before I start investing any more money. I need to feel like its worth the time, effort and expense. As of now I am in 5 gallon pots with all four pretty much centered as close together as possible toward the middle of the tent.

You may not need big yields but growing in a short tent is hard
