Those are only good for seedlings, they are pushing it for vegetation, and are almost useless in flower. They are good for side lighting in flower, but they dont replace HID's or CFL's. Overall, they aren't worth the money.

edit: there is an instructable on how to make one of these for a fraction of the cost.
