I think you don't know how to read... I never said I grew a 8 zip plant on a 7 week veg, but I grow 5 - 6 zip ones using just 80 watts at the wall, all the time!

I pull 7 - 8 zips of bud, (single top 5th node) using an organic mix COM BHB, and a single qb288 3k w/reds running at 80 watts at the wall!
Yeah pretty sure that says 7-8 oz with 80 watts.

Did you have to bring her here lol. But I’m sure she’s getting 3G/w without a issue too
Nahh, I'm no where near 3g per watt. I usually figure it by footprint. What is being grown under the light is usually the deciding factor, as everything is always consistent environment/levels. I run HPS and CMH lighting, depending on which building I'm in. I don't think I showed the CMH building on this forum but you likely seen it on my website. I run all my lights at 1100 watts and replace the HPS bulbs every 3rd cycle and CMHs every 6th. So each light is applied to a 16sqft canopy, consisting of 16 plants. Monster Zkittles is one of my best yielders at around 1,700 grams per light, where as Candyland is one of my worst yielders at around 1,200 grams per light. Then on the other hand Monster Zkittles can never break the 30% THC threshold, where as Candyland has tested as high as 36% THC before. As far as issues go, I have no issues, everything is automated and runs perfectly. I just have to keep the dosing pump reservoirs filled up, for the 500 gallon table reservoirs and flush the spin down filters out every week or so. Most of my time in the gardens is spent stripping leaves. I appreciate the confidence in me, thinking I could achieve 3g per watt, but I'm not sure that is possible. I will keep pheno hunting for that super yielder though, you never know, I don't want to let you down ;)

There is no such thing as GPW, it's made up statistic, and that's why I don't even pay attention to people that rattle off stupid nonsense like that! But common sense tells me, if you have a plant that is topped at the 5th node, and the 4th and 5th nodes are topped you will end up with (14) sticks / branches / tops! and each stick 18" down will kick out 12g to 18g a stick / a branch! So even using the minimum you should end up with 12g X 14 sticks / branches = 168g / 28g = 6 zips, and that not including all the popcorn sized stuff that I don't take because it's below the first 18" on each stick / branch that I take! And I am sorry that you don't think a qb 288 running at MAX efficany can grow high yeliding plant, when I myself knows that it can!

Look, I really don't care what anyone says on here, whatever to that stupid shit! My only point for posting was just to say that (1) 288 qb running at MAX efficiency 74.2 watts at the diode(s) @ 10 inches, can grow one a beautiful producing plant that can kick out 8 zips if you give it enough veg time. But I only do 7 weeks veg which gives me 5 - 7 zips every time! Here is another example... (1) 320, vegging at 8 plants, running 180watts at wall starting week 5 of veg!

Now if your telling me the truth and your growing 1-2 oz single bud crowns. I believe I have a job for you in Southern California as a growing banking in over 100k a year my man. Tomorrow is the job fair You should go and give them all your knowledge. Look em up. Traditional cannabis co. Unless you completely full of shit Because you would be an idiot not to go

*Red and blue lights and sirens*

Officer: Do you know how fast you were going?!?

piratebug: I don't know, just cruising along.

Officer: You were doing 140 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.

piratebug: MPH?

Officer: Yes, Miles Per Hour!

piratebug: That's a made up statistic!

She wrote the book on it :bigjoint:

I don't believe either are actually possible.

Sometimes you don’t veg long enough and are disappointed, and sometimes you veg a little too long……oops, all 2 month clones and one 3 month clone (turning into a tree)

don’t make my mistake, They really start to stretch when they get so cramped....veg and almost touching the lights lol, she's about to get bent over real proper
luckily I have a 5x9 flower tent getting harvested tonight

To put it back on track, I've grown three autos indoors that vegged about 3-4 weeks before expressing. They all pulled between 6-8oz.

The few autos I've grown outdoors vegged for around a month and only pulled around 3.5 Oz each.

Photos outdoors have all vegged for around 3 months, and for reference were pulling around 12-16 Oz each.

Strain is gonna be a huge factor too. I’m running some seeds from random pollination and the plants/buds are super small compared to the seeds I did from breeders.

4-5 weeks veg and it’s looking like 1.5oz average
