I hate dealing with yoyos in small spaces. They can make it difficult to reach in and do work. I'm leaning more towards stakes every day.
i have the headroom maybe i will do a combination of both i think yo yos let the tops kinda float in the wind as opposed to being staked down

yoyos if in smaller tent is ok.. still prefer trellis.. otherwise f yoyos. heh Bigger canopies become death of a thousand yoyos by end of flower.

Personally I bury a tomato cage in the pot and use it to tie to and spread the colas out. Cheap, easy and effective.
Too little too late for that now though in your situation. I stopped using bamboo because of the mold issue as well. Good observation with that one. I also stopped using stakes because I always get too baked and lean in too close and poke myself in the face. Lol. Such a dummy sometimes. Almost poked my FN eye out in my garden outside before. Fack. Got it right in the corner.

Personally I grow plants with stems strong enough to support huge buds. Too little too late for that now though.

I guess the proper solution is going to depend on how many colas will need support and whether you want them movable.

Lol. Ya that's generally the idea. The cage isn't really for support more than an easy way to seperate stalks and keep them where I want. I don't like using nets and tying to the pot can sometimes be annoying in the back. I do however, stake my outdoor plants because it can get pretty windy and it's a deterrent for poachers. (When made into a cage)

I scrog so sometimes the branches are extended laterally so far that it needs something to hold its heavy buds. Other times the growth under the net causes the branch to twist and aim the colas at an angle. Sometimes it is just a large cola on a smaller stem.

You only need a single stick and some snip n' go plant ties of various lengths to keep branches where you want them! In other words, FUCK yoyo(s)! Yeah, like yoyo this!!!!

18 in double plant support.
At Lowes 6 bucks, you can add them AROUND the plant.
The rings unhook, buy one try it.
