Looking for paid mentor with GH soil system

Hi all. I have grow for 5-6 years but due to some reasons I could only stick with GH base and some basic products. I’m looking for someone to help me out and I’m willing to pay … I’m desperate now.
I’m growing in soil promix HP with gavita 1000w
In my last rub I use Gh 3 parts as base, vitamax and fish fert for veg, bud candy vitamino monsterbloom overdrive for flower. My best run was 2.5 lbs/1 light for 10weeks flower but the bud quality is not good.
Now I’m dumping overdrive and vitamino, monsterbloom to use FP+ and liquid koolbloom.
If someone helps me out dm me and we can discuss.
I’m desperate because this is actually my main sort of income and I’m losing it.
thank you all.

I charge $200 a month for advice. PM me, lol.

Seriously though cut out the other stuff and just use the GH 3 part system.

@PadawanWarrior is right. You're using to much stuff. Using a pH buffer either potassium silicate from start to finish or calcium carbonate based supplement like Calimagic or Dolomite lime is cheap but take some practice to dose and use properly. Skip all the other snake oil stuff.

You don't need a paid mentor. Everything you need to know is at your fingertips. If you can post on this site you can find the information you need.

Cannabis isn't a plant that needs all these special things. It just another plant. It likes the same nutrients and environment as many other plants. There are no special requirements. You can treat it like a tomato and it will thrive.

You can optimize the growing conditions but using all that stuff you are using is not the way to do it.

Agree with xtsho, everything you could possibly need to know to be a top grower is available to you right here for free. In fact, I would actually ignore anyone who PMs you and takes you up on this offer. You can grow killer buds with promix, a 1,000 watt HPS, and GH 3 part. Start by telling us a bit more about your grow. Are you following a schedule for the 3 part? What are your watering practices like? How high are your PPMs getting during flower? Ph of nutrient solution? What about your buds is not good quality? What genetics are you using? What is your water starting PH and PPMs before adjustment? etc. The more details you provide will help nail down the problem. And please provide pics of your plants if you are able.

What are your watering practices like? I water every 2 days. After every 3 times of nutrients watering, I flush with plain water.
How high are your PPMs getting during flower? My ppm
Ph of nutrient solution? i alway adjust it to 6-6.5
What about your buds is not good quality? It’s supposed to be pink but I cant get pink color, and the amount of oil in the bud is low.
What genetics are you using? I’m growing a strain call Rockstar
I use input air, output air and A/C temp around 24-28 degree depends on how late into flower.
thank you all

It appears to me that you are trying too hard and have started to over-think things.

First of all, you say that your best run was over 2g per Watt, which is a pretty amazing yield if you ask me. You said that the bud quality was "not good", but my impression is that you are looking for perfection, and what you got was probably already pretty damn good.
Are your customers that picky?

As others have said, take two steps back and keep things simple and easy. Do not use any supplements unless your know for sure that they will solve an actual problem (ie. no "snake oil"). The tri-part line by GH(E) is great.

Are you following a schedule for the 3 part? I follow the the 3 part schedule in the label
This is probably too much. Start with half the schedule and only scale up if you see signs of deficiency.

Try different plant strains, and see what works best. You can keep clones of each and then use the best clone.

Growing in a coco/perlite mix is simpler and more predictable than soil. You should try that.
Eliminate as many unknowns as you can. (Organic) soil is a big unknown. Coco is much simpler.

Oh, and do not pay strangers online for advice. That is ridiculous. All the information you need is freely available, here on these forums, and in various places online. It is absolutely not necessary to pay anybody in this case. It is not rocket science.

No it’s the bud itself. The amount of crystal is just medium. And the gap between each node is far. Bud isnt dense enough. And somehow my bud stop growing big after week 5..
What are you trying to achieve? Your yield (bud weight) is apparently impressive, so that's not a problem.

Are you comparing your results with pictures that you see on seed company websites? Probably not a good idea.

The yield is there. Is the product any good? Are customers complaining? Do you actually have a problem to fix here?

If you want to grow the perfect bud you will have to go back to basics, create a controlled environment, and try a lot more strains. Genetics trumps almost everything in this area -- and the offer is endless now.

Big mistake to stick with one strain that you might have grown for a long time, and not go looking for alternatives.

The market here in Canada is broken.. after the big burst several months ago. Price per lb drop dramatically to the point everyone is closing their business. I’m looking for increasing bud quality , the oil , crystal and the color of the bud.

Yeah, I've just read a thread here about that very topic. That explains the pressure you feel yourself under. It's truly crazy how cheap the stuff has apparently become in Canada.

On the other hand, it's not a big surprise... after all, the plant is quite easy to grow, and can be grown just about anywhere indoors. Storage is easy too.

(The intrinsic price of cannabis should be lower than that of tomatoes or apples. Canadian market kind of proves it. Of course there's always a niche for truly premium quality -- nothing beats home grown tomatoes that are plucked ripe as opposed to green; and those would be expensive as well. Also look at coffee: if you want really good quality you have to pay 4 times the supermarket price. Not too many people are willing to, but the market exists.)

It's very different where I live (European country with almost no liberalization). Here you can take 8€ per gram if you sell in bulk (say 100g). Truly premium flower goes for up to 20€/g on the street (so that's 30 CA$ per gram, or around 900 CA$ for an ounce...). I'm not in the business at all, but I know people who consume a lot, so I know the market a little. Prices have not moved at all around here.

If you're willing to take some risk, you can easily make 1k per month with very casual home growing around here... it's also because even the strong consumers are often too lazy to grow their own stuff. There are billions of tax dollars laying on the street here, I can't wrap my head around why the EU governments don't want to take part in that.

Read a study the other day that estimated that about 50% of cannabis consumption in the UK was met domestically -- and that article was from 2006! It's probably a lot more these days and the numbers are probably quite similar in other European countries. Still, prices are rock stable at roughly €10/g on the "street".
