What backwards state do you live in where they include the dirt, Lol? What do they do if I planted it straight in the ground? How much of the Earth are they gonna include, lol?
They pull them and weigh what's there. I actually know two separate families it has been done to in Illinois.

Then how can they weigh the pot too if you're using a pot. What if I had it in a 200 gal fabric pot? Are they gonna get a tractor and find a giant scale to put it on? Just doesn't make sense to me.

I heard They did the same shit in Ontario with weighing the pot just to try and fuck the grower worse, I'm sure a big 200 gal they would rip it out but still count any dirt that's on the rootball

Yes. This shitty tactic isnt new.
Neither is the inflated "street value" they include in the report.

How about DWC? These things would be brought up by a good attorney.

Don't take legal advice from me though. I'm no lawyer.

Yeah, I know right? But that's what they did to both of them. Harold had tried filing motions, to have the weight of the soil dropped from the total and the judge denied them. Later, while in prison he tried appealing, still to no avail.
The other family didn't have anywhere near as much and got through it with the lowest level felony. They should end up getting their charges wiped out soon since it was medical. With the new laws that's how it's supposed to be handled.

it looks like you are either growing in your yard space of an apartment complex for white trash in which case you're in the wrong and you can't grow there without the permission of the owner or you're growing in your personal space within your condominium complex in which case you are in the wrong because you're probable not allowed to grow or change the landscaping. Either way she wins because she is more bad ass than you. She's recording your shit and ready to make your life miserable, and you're on here crying about it instead of that bitch losing sleep wondering what is going to happen to her if she crosses you.
