“Bleach” in hydro systems

This is actually a VERY interesting read, upon some sifting.

I was given Athena Blended nutrients a while ago & finally just cracked them .. ... I'm weird, i always "smell" things and the Cleanse product was a blast of bleach to the face!! YIKES. So it's pretty much chlorine-water. And clearly I don't need to explain that product here. . ... Anyways thanks for the info, Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Uc roots is pretty much the same I believe.

i personally use a stock solution of 2 grams of pool shock in a gallon of water, then use one oz per gallon of res, and refresh it every three days.
roots stay nice and white, and no root rot since i started using it.
if you ph the solution back down to 6.1ish after adding the pool shock solution, the precipitation issue is moot

you do realize that every single person you were arguing with earlier knew all of this, and were just responding to your condescending reaction to their answers...if you had said something reasonable to them, they probably would have replied much more politely than they did...an emoji of slamming your head into a wall and a failing grade in a pop quiz is pretty grade school...

Of course he realized it, though that may be giving him too much credit.

Are you suggesting that I was too rough on them? Hurt their feelings perhaps?
Perhaps you could quote my “arguments” with them.
If you don’t like pop quizzes, don’t participate.

perhaps if you identified the thread as a pop quiz, no one would have participated.
what i'm actually suggesting is that you were kind of rude to them, and pissed them off.
an argument doesn't have to follow the classic back and forth exchange, there are many ways to argue,
i would classify this as a hominem fallacy attack, where you don't address the issue, you attack the person who brings up the issue

Yeah, so perhaps you could quote my “attacks?”
You also seem to have quite completely absolved them of responsibility for their actions and are placing that responsibility on me, which is absurd.

you were the instigator, and are assuming a lot of authority on a website none of us own....
you did not give any required parameters for answers, not liking the answers you got doesn't give you license to be insulting

But I did give the parameters.
Respect my authority!

Implying that you were rough on anyone is laughable. If you hurt anyone's feelings it wasn't from anything you posted in this thread. Did you yell at the old lady at the store? If so then maybe you hurt hers.

You were not arguing you were trolling.

There was no quiz just you being foolish. The only person that learned anything was you and you learned from myself and several others that posted in this thread.

Now run along.
