Im using 4000k I guess 4000k need to be really high up? Currently they are about 30 inches above the plants and only 2 x 120w quantum boards so 240w in a 1m x 1m area

ill give them a drink though as see how they get on also raised the lights to 1 meter above so we shall see.

If light stress is extreme, it'll straight up bleach the upper leaves, yours look nice & green.

Another thing I've noticed and this is either light stress or early sign of heat stress, is that the leaf serrations will pop a lil more upward than the body of the leaf, not like curling but they just look extra-serrated.

You might be right to containers are really big I think I transplanted into a too big container this time,

it’s difficult to get good wet and dry cycles when going from a small container to a oversized one

This was 3 days later under T5s

If it is light it'll pick up quickly.

i never had plants taking that much in veg.
