Why are leaves drooping?

It appears to be green and upright. Don't worry about it. Seedlings can do some weird things.

Along with some good advice you've already got, if you don't have a fan blowing on your seedling, it's a good idea to do so.
Add some more soil, get some more light, and get some air flow, if you don't already have some.

I figured that. Too much fan.

I think it was to much fan stressing it its the closet one to fan

No but don’t use a hot mix . Don’t replant, just add soil till it’s up to the mark
Edit : it might be best to use same but not a complete necessity imo

Yes definitely use same media type. And yes it will aid in support using pots half full is kinda pointless

I don't see anything wrong with that seedling...and it may just be a " me " thing but I don't like covering or burying my stem with anything... I have before and it's been fine but I get worried it might cause stem rot

Yea I was second guesseing re burring, i just lowerd light. Shes standing strong on her own.
