With the info you've provided all i can say is wait till when top 2 inches of soil are dry, then water.

It all depends on pot/plant size and the general uptake of water.
Neep more info, what kinda soil?

First off, see those sticks n shit in there? = bad drainage.
Try n get some better soil.

Foxfarms ocean forest, Pro-mix, Anything other than miracle grow and scotts. You CAN grow in those no doubt, you will just encounter problems
with nutes/PH/etc. Too much of a hassle IMO

does the set up look sufficient? its not a huge closet. seems lik ethere is enough room to grow something in there.

just let the soil dry in between waterings and water until you have some runoff.
