Stretched plants.

I had problems with light, so my plants stretched. If I will repot them deeper in the soil in bigger pot, will they develop roots from stem?

no but it will live and be more stable,just plant up to the first set of leaves,no higher

ummm, yes. the stem, once buried, will begin to root.

I have done this with tomatos, but I wasn`t sure, if this will work with Green.

yeah, tomato plants are very similar to marijuana plants, if anything tomato plants are much harder to grow (from experience). You can repot up to the first set of leaves and be fine.

Can you repot in a Dwc hydro set up?

Like from DWC to dirt? Or into a bigger reservoir? You can do either one, I've transplanted from aero to dirt and they experience a little shock but are fine.
