You should always have nutrients in your water, with coco. So keep them moist, but never with water from the tap. Your ec reading is high, and it looks like there may also be heat stress. Lower the strength of nutrients a little bit, make sure you feed the plants every day. Do not rinse with tap water, and try turning the light down a little bit.

There's obviously a language barrier here.
I'll make it as simple to understand as I can.
Coco is not soil........it's a soilless hydroponic drain to waste medium.
Feed with nutrients every day so there is substantial run off.......remove the run off........do not let the pots sit in the run off.
pH your nute solution to around 6.0.
Never use plain water without nutrients.
Never let the coco get dry.
Not sure what you mean by rinse........if you mean flushing, it's not necessary as long as you feed so there is run off.
