If you know what he looks like draw a sketch and give it to the milk company and local news stations saying he has dementia or alzheimer's disease and wondered off. Or get your birth certificate it should have his social security number on it and then you can track him down through credit bureaus.

Oh...and if he has a record, try a court search for your state.I live in Iowa, so this is an example http://www.iowacourts.state.ia.us/ESAWebApp/DefaultFrame I just typed in iowa courts online.Try it with your state name.This shows a lot of info.
