Growing in Compost?

I have 3 seeds in compost in small pots under a 250W CFL. Will they grow like that or should i change them to soil right away or when i transplant?

It depends on the stage of the compost....

If you bought the compost from store, it's probably decomposed enough...but it tends to get compacted, you might want to mix some sand and perlite in there to lighten the mix up a bit.

if its broken down all the way then it will probly be good.

Yes its multi purpose compost from a store. Im hopeing it will be ok for germinating my seedlings then i will move it into my BioBizz All Mix ive orded, anyone used that?

Its been 2 days and they still havent sprouted. Is this normal?

Up to a week(typically within 3-4 days). They may have got stuck upside down, but they'll spiral back towards the surface, hopefully.
