CFL BagSeed Gr0w *1st timer

Here it is guys. My setup going to need tips and help 1st grow using bagseed wanted to try this out! 21 days from cracking soil (I KNOW I NEED MORE LIGHT, but how much more?)

*Light has been sitting 2"-2.5" from plant since breaking the soil.

*1 - 26w 6500k CFL
*1 - 40w 2700k CFL (Not used)
*6.5" Clay Pot
*Scott's Potting Soil

Why are you not using the other light, get on it, even if its not preferable for veg it is still more light. I like 100watts/sqft min, more with CFL. You have a grow room/box in mind, size? with two plants i would so SCROG if you have the room.

growing 1 plant only, mind you only my 1st time and I do have a box in mind enough for the 1 plant only...I need a better light setup for my CFLs any ideas on how I can set them up better, for better lighting?

also with the pot should I transplant which would make it the 2nd transplant already. its a 6.5" clay pot
