I would like to grow a few plants outside for the purpose of seed generation and also to take a stab at growing one of these ever so large plants I always see in pictures, I have growin indoors a few time with great success, so I hoping i can take what i know from that and apply it to the great outdoors, I will be starting my plants from clones taken in early april.
I need so help from the experienced outdoors men
#1 when you transplant to the outdoors do you need to acclimatize the plant in some way? ie match light cycle to the same schedule, temp, ph etc....
#2 my growing season is from the end of may to late september, should I be putting my plants right into flower? with the extended hours of light I believe it will take alot longer to flower and I don't have much time
#3 how do I initiate flowering with no change in the light cycle? I don't have an auto strain, can I kick into flowering with nute change alone? if so whats the proper process to do this? should i do it before i put them outside?
#4 I can go with trainwreck, ww x sweet tooth or sour diesel x sweet thooth, b.c genetics for the x breeds and both flower indoors in around 55 days give or take. trainwreck on the other hand I have not finished yet but am told 8 weeks. any opinions on which of these should not go outside for any reason? mold, temp, or bugs etc..
I guess for now I will see what i get for responses and leave it at that, sorry if these questions are repetitive from other posts but i just could not find the info I was looking for. please feel free to post anythings I have not touched on that needs to be addressed
Cheers for now and i will up date with some pic as the process goes on.
