Can you make hash out of weed that was smoked in a vaporizer? I have never used a vaporizer before so i really have no idea what's left afterwards, however i am considering buying one, also wondering what the difference between smoking weed in a pipe as apposed to a vaporizer tastes like.

That's kinda what i thought, another dumb question how do you know when the weed has been used up? Because smoking it in a pipe it eventually becomes ash. I would assume you just can't get another hit off it. I am thinking there is no ash from a vaporizer right or wrong?

in a vaporizer your weed will turn brown after its finished, it wont burn but you can tell its done when youre getting ass tasting hits from the vaporizer. I have heard of people spraying the buds lightly with water to help vaporize the trichromes. Make sure you break up the buds before putting it in the vaporizer.

you can but not out of the burn weed! it builds up in the glass on glass vap bowl. its like a kieff goo of sum sort. it bomb. after 8 months of never scrapping you get like a 2-3 gram hash nug ball!
You can in fact create hash oil from your vaporized weed, so save that shit. All you will need is some butane and quite a bit of vaporized bud. When mixed and eventually filtered(boiling process) the butane(explosive) will begin to disintegrate the vaporized weed forming a chemical reaction, eventually leading to the formation of a potent hash oil.

as long as you don't vape that shit on too high of heat, i like to do mine so it's light brown, not too dark, and then forsure SAVE it in a jar...i made some butter last week with 20 grams of volcano vape poo, it was pretty dank butter, not the best of course, but did the job, put me and my girl out for the night and she had to get up at 9 am, she was groggy and stoned still, haha, i think we ate too much, i just put a ton in some stir fry 
i wouldn't advise smoking the leftovers, not much of a high and tastes like utter shit...i also think the oil would be pretty nasty, especially on the lungs, so i'd say make butter, it's a really Easy process if you've never done it...http://volcanotips.com/volcano/volcano-vaporizer-leftovers-butter/, i use that recipe except i like to simmer for 3 or 4 hrs on low heat instead of boiling, i think that can cook out some of the thc..peace

true.. i just learned of this a few months ago when i scraped out the bowl of my vape. i got a little ball of what felt and burned like hash. at first it smelled like vaped weed (burnt popcorn) but it tasted similar to hash, i got very high.
also i have heard of making butane hash or alcohol hash with your vaped weed. ive smoked the vaped weed and it still gets you high, so i guess you could make hash. ive never personally done it though. but the weed smells like burnt popcorn after its done in the vape so i dont think your hash is gonna taste very good.

and vaped weed always tastes sweeter than in the pipe. ive smoked regs that taste like shit in the bong but are sweet in the vape. the vape lets you taste the true flavor of the bud.

i actually use the leftovers to make butter and it works. i have my volcano setting on 7 and if u light up the left overs on that u would need 2 bowl fulls to get a light buzz. so not really worth doing.
i have made butter with leftvers some 5 times.
best results was with 2oz of left overs and 2 sticks of butter. made 2 cakes and got nice and baked from them.
when i had the setting on 9 and tried to use the left overs for butter. used 1 1/4 oz of left overs on 1 stick and the cake was not strong at all.
guess it depends on how high you have your vaporizer
