HPS, Metal Halide or what? and Where?

Hi guys,
I would like to know if anyone knows of a good place to buy the hardware for the lighting. Since I think my four plants are not getting enough light from my 150 HPS...

If you wanna save alot of money u can buy a thousand watt ballast kit at your local electrical supply for 60-80 bucks.

thousand watt... wow... is it hard to set up tho? also how much will it spike my electricity usage? cause I was gona run a 150w HPS and two 250w HPS... but u say its better to get just a thousand watter?
