My friend is just buying supersoil and amending it for our indoor setup because he thinks the organic additives in foxfarm will encourage disease and attract bugs. Is this true? Does anyone use foxfarm indoors?
Really dought it's going to attract bugs. Probably wouldn't still be in business don't ya think?
Never tried the soil but I do use the full line of FF. Good stuff.
I use the full line of FF nutrients and i use the ocean forest soil for my outdoor plants and never had any problems, but i have never used it indoors. As long as you watch your room everyday you should be fine with anything that happens, but i highly doubt that the soil will attact bugs to your room. good luck
Here's your answer......NO it will not attract bugs. I also use the full line of FF products including oceanforest soil indoors and have had no problems. I would think if you had bugs or other problems it would be more your set up and not the medium
Thanks everyone, thats what i thought. I am all about the fox farm and it kills me not to use it on my plants really. Thanks for the feed back, and keep it coming, i am curious to see if anyone out there blames their bug problems on their soil. However, I have heard not to use chicken shit in your indoor soil because it attracts bugs. Is that true?

I agree with CC. Im using all the FF products from soil to nutes and I get great results, just check out my grow to see for yourself, all indoors. No bugs, no disease.
