when you reply to a thread click on the paper clip icon. it will take you to the attachment page.

go to the advanced reply option and then scroll down to manage attachments to load pics from your puter.

or to post from a link, click on the box that looks like a mountain pic. and add link

it should run them. unless the breaker is tripping. i'm not an electrician, so i'm just guessing. wish i could do better for you.

I am an electrician by trade, but in my area I can't advertise my services. Your 15a breaker will easily hold a 400w light.

P(watts)=E(voltage) * I(amps)

400=120*I
3.3333333= I
Your 400w bulb is only using 3.3 amps of power(figure on 4amps for ballast effeciency). Leaving plenty of room for more lights, plants, and sweet-sticky ganja!
