If you want to save on th electric (use no electric) i would suggest using a generator, perhaps diesel as it last a lot longer. I will hopefully be using one of these as soon as i start growing enough to use more electric. You can probably use sound proffing to quieten the noise quite substantialy.

i dont think my next door would be happy but sounds like a plan. what type would you use and would it be cheaper than paying power bill?

No, a gernerator is very expensive to run. Especially for a grow operation when the light are on for 12 hours or more. The newer generators are a lot quieter than they use to be but the price of running them makes them impractical for most. Unless your running a large stealth grow operation out in the woods, its really not worth it.
totally not worth it, i looked in to this and it would cost
£15,000 for the super silent generator
£700 for the diesel to run for the grow
plus you got to be there every 10 hours to keep filling up the tank
just nit pratical.
i guess nobody is using the item on ebay? i think i will give it a try
