no, i'd leave the leaf on, but immediately remove the plant from direct sunlight and let it recover. a nice shady spot would be best for about a week, then go to a spot that has 2 hours or so of sunlight and shade the rest of the day. from there on out it's just a matter of acclimating the plant to the sun. there is no set timetable for doing so, since every strain is different, and variables differ. watch the plant closely and it will give you signs of what it can take.
