og kush cabinet grow

this is my first real journal, so pull up a seat.

Growing in: cabinet in closet
lights: 400 hps hortilux/aircooled
medium: just top soil and perlite
ventilation: 465 cfm squirell cage fan
temp/hum: average is 83f-25 humidity
seeds: bagseed og kush (killa)


i am about 2 weeks from germ. they seem a little yellow under the light, so i took a few out of the room to take pics. i have like 7 plants, but some are not doing as well as others. i do have more og kush seeds sprouting as we speak. not sure if i should scrog this one, or just find the best mother and clone her. how do they look? later tonight i will send pic of cabinet setup.

2 feet from plants, 400 hps. i dont really see stretching. maybe it is over water.

yah 24 inch is good i doubt it was from heat, looks like they got a little over watered, and are recovering...

just make sure when your watering do it slowly and if the water doesnt IMMEDIATLY absorb into the soil then stop, it may look dry and not absorb water worth shit b/c its still moist , anyways you want your roots to search low and high for water. i mist the soil daily and water every other day till they are in their big pot

yeah they look alittle overwatered.u gotta b real careful when watering seedings.i water only around the stock .if u water the hole pot it takes alot longer to dry out indoors and thats when overwatering starts.imo og kush is one of those blends that do better outdoors.if ur not real careful they will stress easily from the smallest mistake and herm.also gotta watch size before u turn lights bac.they like to jump while in bloom.i havent made any cuts from the mother i have since stopped wasting time with soil but plan to when thers some room on my table

see my humidity is so low that the soil on top dries out, then i ese a water meter, and feel the weight of the pot before watering. dunno, i will be have more pics out today. batteries died in cam.
