Outdoor Organic Grow Florida

seed:2:weed

Active Member
Well this is my second outdoor grow and first organic grow. I plan to get some great tasting fire nugs in this one.

I plan on setting optimum conditions to get maximum yield and would like to ask for feedback and advice from anyone with experience that can give me a hand onthis one:leaf:

Plan:
I will be vegging the indoors for 10 days in a rubbermaid growbox I have. Then I will be putting them in the soil outdoors with my soil mix.

I will be updating every week when I go check up on them and give them water. Every other week I will be feeding them Bountea Compost Tea! During the alternating weeks I will make my own compost tea with the appropriate NPK for the time.

Soil:
Fox Farm Ocean Forest (40%)
Fox Farm Light Warrior (40%)
Perlite (10%)
Vermiculite(10%)

Seeds:
6 Super Lemon Haze (fem)
1 L.A. Confidential (fem)
1 Nebula (fem)

This is the Oldest SLH at 2 weeks old. I wanted to put her outside by now but thereve been some storms and a lot of flooding in the forest so I have to change my outdoor spot.

I watered with Bountea compost tea this week.

The other 5 SLH, 1 NEB, 1 LA sporuted on May 30. Ill be posting their updates this weeked.

This is the oldest SLH at 3 weeks

I transplanted her from a plastic cup because she had become root bound.

Since the transplant there has been barely any growth and yellowing leaves.

Does anybody know if I can do anything about this. And if this is normal. Any advice would be appreciated:confused:

Well these are about a week and a half old and they have droopy yellowing leaves with like a spot on the leaf.

Please tell me anything that it can be and what I can do to fix this. :eyesmoke:

Well here are the week 5 updates. They are at about 5 nodes.

Im thinking of using Uncle Bens Topping Technique to get (4) main colas from each plant:weed:

Does anybody have any experience or advise for this?

They third plant is the weakest the first two are looking pretty good.

The three seedlings are still looking pretty bad so if anyone has any idea why they look this way help me please....(my previous post)

Yeah man go with the 4 cola deal, I would have done it for mine but its to late for that now. For the young ones did you give them any ferts? If so flush out the medium. Pour a few gallons of clean water through them and only give them clean water for now. Good luck

I topped 2 SLH over the second true node for the 4 colas. And im gna flush out the seedlings tonight hopefully theyll get back on track. Thanks a lot for the help i really appreiate it

Im going to be uploading pics soon.

What up Seed! Well, it sounds to me like too many nutes, and in your pics they seem very wet. Had you just watered them? Remember, MJ likes to have her soil go from wet to fairly dry. Also, when they are that small their needs ( nutes, water )aren't that great. Keep that in mind, don't overdo it, and you should be fine!! Good luck!:peace:

This is the week 6 update on the Super Lemon Haze I have going outside.

I topped two of them above the second node to get the four main colas...... Uncle Bens Topping Technique.

Thanks for the help on getting the seedlings back up..... I flushed them out and they are looking better.

Now theres a problem with the leaves of the outdoor plants. The last three pictures show the leaves in detail..... One of them yellowed and crumbled.... The rest have little brownish spots on it...

If anyone can please help me diagnose this and give me advise on how to fix the problem it would be greatly appreciated. :blsmoke:

This is one of the SLH and its looking really bad.

Its been raining a lot lately, very humid and hot... sometimes hitting high 90s.

Ive been giving it fox farm organic nutes every week.

If anyone can help diagnose this and how can i fix it?

oh ya shes done for sorry man.. whats your feeding schedule? i use FF nutes usally only grow big for foiliar spray every few days early in morning. when they get alittle older and bigger i give em a nute cocktail but give them half their feeding of water in plain PH'd water and then the other half PH'd nute mix to make sure i dont get to much nute fluxuation. its a real killer
