a six month old grower question

Gday if i never grew sativas and fearful of final height. So I plan to induce flower at one foot high which looks like it will get here when plant is about 5 weeks from seed. Will plant flower or wait til mature. Is there a height or time requirment to force flower, my kelimist is about 3 weeks old now I have time to wait for answer but need an answer.

the plant will flower whether its fully matured or not.. if you flower before it reaches full maturity tho, you will have a diminished harvest and weaker smoke.. as compared to the same plant that was at full maturity... if you see alternating nodes then its fully mature... but its your call.. there is not height or growth time requirement for force flowering... again its best to wait till your plant reaches maturity, but its really up to you.. by 5 weeks or veg, tho, it should be mature.. which more than likely, depending on lighting, will still keep you in the foot to foot and a half height range.. if you are worried about height, you could always top or super crop your girl to keep her down a little.. or slow growth a little until she is mature... just a suggestion..

Its a matter of when you want to start and if you want joints or grams...

You can start to flower when you want.. 12-15" is good as the plant can grow up to 4X that height.... there are things you can do if height is a problem... LST (see charts in my sig).. theres tying at angle (my av 1 plant bent)... topping (charts)..
It'll go into flowering as soon as 12/12 light cycle starts.... Luck.
